Case Study - University of Bath

Inspired Visual was tasked with installing departmental wall graphics at the University of Bath.

University wall graphics and vinyl stickers provide a fantastic means to enhance the visual appeal of lecture theatres, hallways, and common areas. These cost-effective solutions beautify the campus and inspire students with informative, educational, and aspirational designs.

The challenge

To inform and inspire the students, staff and visitors.

Inspired Visual was approached by the University of Bath to enhance its campus for students, staff and visitors alike.

The initial brief from the university was to improve the internal environment within the Physics and Chemical Engineering departments to give a lift to otherwise dull spaces.

The solution

 Create and Install university wall graphics around the campus.

Taking into account the internal layout of the building we colloborated with the different faculty management teams to design subject specific graphics that met with the exacting standards of the university.

Execution

Durable one-piece wallpaper with no joins and finished with anti-graffiti laminate.

The graphics were printed on a mixture of large format wallpapers and finished with an anti graffiti laminate and 5mm Palboard with a scuff resistant laminate. The materials were chosen with longevity and durability in mind.

Results

Incredible university wall graphics were installed after hours, promptly, and within the client’s budget.

The team at Inspired Visual created huge wall graphics which were installed throughout the Physics and Chemical Engineering departments. The university was so pleased with the graphics that were installed that further areas within the campus have now been earmarked for future large format displays.
